چکیده
Abstract. A total of 36 microsatellite markers (Bl42, BM1861, BM2504, BM864, BMC1222, BMS1620, BMS1948, BMS522, BMS975, BRN, CSRD2111, CSRD263, CSSM008, CSSM015, CSSM25, CSSM41, CSSM43, CSSM66, FAS, HMH1R, ILSTS011, LSCV29, MAF33, MCM1, MCM136, MCM42, MCMA26, OARCP23, OARCP49, OARCP134, OARKP6, OCAM, RBP3, TGLA53, TGLA322, URB48) were used to investigate the possibility of being amplified set of multiplexes PCR. The markers are located in 20 different autosomic ovine chromosomes. The results showed that the 36 markers used in this study could be amplified together in nine different multiplexes. Each three multiplexes labeled by different fluorescent color (FAM, VIC and NED) gathered to be loaded in the same lane. The three multi-loads contained 11, 13 and 12 markers, respectively. 91.67% of the 36 markers have more than 4 alleles. These results are good indicator of the high variability of the selected markers in our population.

In modern programmes of animal breeding, the polymorphisms of the milk proteins can be used as marker systems. Beta-Lactoglobulin is the major milk whey protein in the ruminants. The BLG coding gene located on ovine chromosome 3. This protein, synthesis in the mammary glands during pregnancy and the lactation stages. Studies have indicated that this protein is polymorphic in the many breeds of ...

متن کاملAssociation of Exon 4 Region of Gpr54 Gene Polymorphisms with Litter Size Trait in Iranian Sanjabi and Ghezel Sheep Breeds by PCR –SSCP
G-protein-coupled receptor (GPR54) is one of the known gene affecting fecundity. This gene affects the ovulation rate and litter size performance. A total of 160 animals including Sanjabi (n=100) and Ghezel (n=60) were used to identify polymorphisms of GPR54 gene and their influence on litter size. Genomic DNA was extracted by commercial DNA kit. The genotypic patterns were detected using th...
متن کاملGenetic Polymorphism of the Melatonin Receptor 1A Locus in Iranian Shall and Karakul Sheep
The genotypes of the melatonin receptor 1A (MTNR1A) were determined by PCR-RFLP in the native Iranian Shall and karakul breeds of sheep . Blood samples were collected from 60 karakul and 50 Shall breeds. Genomic DNA was extracted based on the Guanidin Thiocyanate-slica gel method. After PCR reaction, PCR products were digested by the Mnl1 restriction enzyme. The MTNR1A locus had two genotypes ...

Meat quality and carcass composition are the most important economic traits in sheep. Body fat and fat-tail are key factors affecting carcass quality and meat production in each breed, and mutations in sequences of the genes that control these traits can affect the animal performance and therefore the breeding value. The aim of this study was to investigate the polymorphism in some regions...
